Gin of the Month
Combining two of our favourite things; cake and gin, this clever creation was inevitably going to grab our attention
Taking a classic London Dry backbone and layering on sweet, sun-dried lemon peels in addition to the lemon verbena taken from master distiller, Jared’s garden, Sipsmith have created a gin which gives aromatic sweetness on the nose, with a sharp bite from vapour infused, fresh, hand peeled lemons.
You can keep it simple with a Fever-Tree Premium Indian tonic and dehydrated lemon slice, or enhance the sunny citrus flavours with a Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic.
