A Career in Hospitality

Know anyone interested in kick starting a career in hospitality?! Come and find out more…

Do you know anybody that would like to consider a career in the Hospitality industry? Maybe someone who is looking to gain free skills, training and advice on how to improve what skills they may already have?

If so we are holding an event at Ewood Park on Tuesday 7th October 2014 alongside Blackburn Job Centre as part of the nationwide campaign “Feeding Britain’s Future”.

The campaign as a whole and the event itself are aimed at helping young people into work, for them to consider a career in the food/beverage industry and encourage them to get jobs in the food industry, from farms and factories to hotels and restaurants.

We will have a variety of team members from across the group attending the event to talk about their careers, how they got to be where they are today and many will also demonstrate their skills from chefs and sommeliers, to the bar team and our gardener, including a kitchen demo from Lisa Goodwin-Allen, Michelin Star Head Chef at Northcote.

The event starts at 10am in the Red Rose Suite, Ewood Park, Nuttall Street, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB2 4JF, and will finish at approximately 12pm where there will be the opportunity for all attendees to talk to some of our team about the opportunities currently available across the group! Applications and vacancy lists will be given out on the day so anyone who would like to apply can do so on the day or take the information away.

If you have a friend, family member or know of anyone who may be interested in attending then we would love to hear from you! Please forward this email on and ask them to contact our HR Team on the below details to book their place!
